To design a flexible information system publicising a weekly lecture series in 2015, MuirMcNeil developed and implemented the TwoLine B Hard type family, one of an extensive series of monospaced typefaces originally developed for UAL (University of the Arts London). Using a single size and weight of type, information hierarchies were structured by means of a clearly defined colour-coding system. The design was implemented consistently across a wide range of media, including large-format posters and in a series of custom iterations designed for web, email and screens.
