MuirMcNeil Sans Flux is a sans serif typeface with a stroke contrast that has been structured to suggest the humanist sensibilities of a typescript with a warm, calligraphic impression.

Strokes are modulated with a vertical stress and junctions are naturally incised, while uppercase letters are similar in proportion to Roman monumental capitals.

Sans Flux has been developed from MuirMcNeil Sans Sans, a typographic database designed for dissection, deformation and reformation into new visual organisms. It is 100 percent compatible with Sans Sans having been drawn on the same skeleton, following a backbone imprinted with the DNA of a number of protean modernist sans serifs from the latter half of the twentieth century that are often referred to as ‘neo-grotesques’.
