TwoStencil is a modular typeface composed entirely from horizontal and vertical strokes in two versions: TwoStencil Soft, with rounded terminals, and TwoStencil Hard, with square terminals, each in nine weights. These are split into two additional subcomponent typefaces, allowing individual horizontal and vertical stroke weights and styles to be combined with each other or with other typefaces from MuirMcNeil’s extensive Two Type System.

The many subgroups that comprise the Two System have not been designed as independent alphabets but as the framework of an expansive design space in which individual glyphs are configured to collaborate with each other harmoniously.
