The Natasha Lucas Collection is a series of four modular geometric type systems designed and developed by Natasha Lucas in collaboration with MuirMcNeil. Lucas’s geometric typefaces are the outcomes of her investigations into the interdependence of positive and negative spaces in alphabetic forms. In each design, Lucas has explored the different ways in which form and counterform can be manipulated in relation to one another to construct shapes, letters and words that are playfully ambiguous but that remain consistently readable and true to their alphabetic origins.
